Dandlelion Greens: Historically, dandelion was prized for a variety of medicinal properties, and it contains a number of pharmacologically active compounds used in herbal medicine to treat infections, bile and liver problems, and as a diuretic. They're a rich source of minerals, antioxidants & phytonutrients. Support cleansing ofthe digestive tract and offer great liver support.

Artichoke: Artichokes are not only a very tasty food, they're also incredibly healthy. Artichokes have been shown to increase bile production and purify/protect the liver. They also have a mild diuretic effect on the kidneys, ensuring proper removal of toxins once the liver breaks them down.

Garlic: Antiviral, antiseptic and antibiotic, garlic assists in ridding the body of pathogenic microbes and can help reduce endogenous (made by your body) toxins. The vital sulphuric compounds garlic contains makes it an essential detoxifier.
