Liver Lovin' Artichoke Dandelion Hummus

Give your liver some love, with ths rich & delish legume free dip!

Artichoke Dandelion Hummus

Generous handful dandelion greens

1 can artichokes (packed in water, not oil)

1 clove garlic

¼ C tahini

2 T pine nuts

1 T fresh lemon juice

1 t cumin

½ t sea salt

Add all ingredients in the order listed, to your Vitamix base or food processor.

Process until smooth and creamy, topping with a drizzle of oil to serve.
