Meg completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Certification with 889 Yoga's "Living Yoga Program" in Toronto Canada.  She is also certified with YogaFit Canada.

Why yoga? 

Meg's decision to become a teacher of yoga was made years ago, as the practice became the single thing to truly offer healing to her anxiety, eating, and self image issues.  Through journeying deeper into the spiritual side of the practice, Meg learned the true meaning of embodiment, self awareness, and mindfulness, and brings her experience to class working with community groups and women affected by and recovering from eating disorders.

Yoga is an infinite source of life force energy, a path to freedom from limiting beliefs, and a break from future tripping as well as living in the past.  Yoga is unity, yoga is presence, yoga is love.
