1. Retreats: Once you book a retreat with us, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all necessary information, including dates, location, and any preparation required. Physical materials, if any, will be provided upon arrival at the retreat venue.

2. Virtual Services: Upon purchase of any virtual service, such as online coaching or workshops, you will receive a confirmation email with access details. Links to virtual sessions or downloadable content will be provided as specified in the service description.

3. Digital Products: After purchasing digital products like e-books, meditation guides, or courses, you will receive an email with download instructions immediately upon payment confirmation. These products are accessible through our platform and can be downloaded multiple times if necessary.

• For retreats and virtual services, cancellations and rescheduling policies apply as outlined in our terms and conditions.

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, but we are here to assist with any technical issues.
