Service Description
The interview will be recorded using Riverside (an in-browser app) so you don't need zoom or anything. Please have a mic if you can, and note that we will be using audio and video. :) You will receive a separate invitation for call from the Riverside.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
No-shows (failure to show up without notice) will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations must be made by text or phonecall to allow for rescheduling options.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full service fee will still apply.
