Service Description

Our 12 Week Sacred Container Together Includes: - Initial Deep Dive Session (Breathwork Session + Awakening Coaching Call) ​- Bi-weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (50 minutes each, 5 in total) - 1:1 Voxer text exchanges between sessions - ALIGN Method workbook - Copy of each of Meg's cookbooks - Guided Breathwork & Meditation Audios
