Cashew Chipotle Crema


Too easy, this! Use it as a dip for sweet potato fries, as a taco topper, or in your fave burrito, grain bowl, or salad!

What you need

1.5 cups raw cashews

1 tsp cumin

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

1 chipotle chili + 1-4 teaspoons sauce from the can (depends on how much heat you desire!)

sea salt to taste

water

What you do

Begin by adding 1/4 cup water & all the ingredients into the jug of your Vitamix. :)

Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of water as needed to get the consistency you want.
