Green Cream Matcha Smoothie
Serves 1 or 2
1 cup water (or coconut milk)
1/4 cup fresh coconut meat (omit if using milk) 2 cups fresh organic kale
1 frozen banana 2-4 pitted Medjool dates 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon Juice of ½ a lemon Pinch of sea salt
