We will enjoy 2 nights out, where we will explore the amazing restaurant scene in Manuel Antonio!  This little beach town is home to a plethora of amazing food places and nightlife.  


Airfare: We recommend flying into San Jose airport.  While flights & airport transfers aren't included, we can help arrange your travel from the airport if you wish.  Shuttles range in cost from $15-$150 per person depending on the number of travelers per trip.

Culinary Curriculum*


Let's go beyond the scope of a basic raw food nutition. We will talk about the basics, yes, but we will also dig into ideas about food realtionship, nourishing our minds and souls, and also eat spectacular good food while discussing unique holistic nutrition education


Each (un)cooking сlass with Meg features a different menu using local, fresh and seasonal produce.  Not only will you learn to prepare new recipes, but you will also learn short-cuts to help you minimize time in the kitchen (should that be a desire of yours!), the best equipment and techniques to make food prep a snap, and you will have fun!  Hands-on learning for those who learn best that way, demo-style options for those wanting to sit back and take photos and notes.  You will bring home copies of all the recipes from class, and will, of course, enjoy the end results in class - tastings of all plates prepared!  


Essentials of Raw Cuisine 1


The beautiful basics!  Meg will teach you how to “start your day the RAW FOOD WAY!” with some quick  relish breakfast & lunch recipes.  She will talk about raw food fundamentals: the why’s, as well as essential kitchen equipment and recipes.

Meg’s chef husband Isaack has traveled to Thailand twice and often prepares dinners around the exotic flavours of the West in their home.  Meg has created a raw version of their fave menu that you are sure to adore!
