H - Honor Your Story
The first step in your healing journey is recognizing the lies and illusions that have shaped your reality. By identifying the limiting beliefs and conditioning that have been unconsciously guiding you, you begin to see the stories you’ve been telling yourself. Through this process, you’ll also illuminate the shadows—those hidden patterns and unconscious habits that have kept you stuck in cycles of pain, confusion, or disconnection.
✨ E - Explore Core Wounds
Your past experiences and wounds shape the way you interact with the world. In this step, we dive deep into identifying the limiting patterns that have been keeping you small. By exploring these core wounds, including those formed in childhood, you gain clarity on how they have influenced your beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses—allowing you to start the healing process from the root.
✨ A - Awaken to Your Essence
Beneath the layers of conditioning, pain, and BS narratives, your true essence has always been waiting for you. This phase is about merging with your soul, reconnecting with your authentic self, and embracing the power and wisdom that already exists within you.
✨ R - Release Emotional Blocks
Healing is not just a mental or spiritual process—it is deeply physical as well. Stored emotions and trauma live in the body, creating energetic and somatic blocks. Through breathwork, movement, and other clearing techniques, you will release these emotional burdens, creating space for healing, expansion, and a deeper connection to yourself.
✨ T - Trust Your Heart
The final step is about fully embodying radical self-compassion. As you integrate everything you’ve uncovered, released, and reclaimed, you learn to trust yourself deeply. Healing is not about perfection; it’s about learning to hold yourself with love, acceptance, and grace as you continue forward on your path.

Phase 1: Honoring Your Story & Exploring Core Wounds
Before true transformation can happen, you must first see yourself clearly—beyond the conditioned beliefs, outdated narratives, and unconscious patterns that have shaped your reality.
What Are Personal Illusions?
These are the stories you’ve been telling yourself—the beliefs about who you are, what you’re capable of, and who you “should” be. Many of these were handed to you by family, society, or past experiences, and they operate on autopilot, influencing your emotions, decisions, and self-worth.
Some common illusions include:

“I have to work hard to be worthy.”

“I can’t trust myself.”

“If I set boundaries, people will leave.”
But these aren’t truths—they’re just stories. And the moment you see them for what they are, you create space for change.
What Are Shadow Parts?
Your shadow is made up of the parts of yourself you’ve buried—your fears, suppressed emotions, and even the pieces of you that hold deep power. When ignored, these hidden parts create self-sabotage, triggers, and repeating patterns in your life.
The first step in recognizing what’s been running in the background of your life.
Action Steps:
In my program I have several tools and techniques to help uncover these parts and stories with you. To begin to explore for yourself, take some time to journal on the following prompts and set aside some time to lay down and listen to the short guided mediation as well.
Journal Prompt: Reflect on a recent situation where you felt a strong emotional reaction. What thoughts preceded this emotion? How did these thoughts shape your perception of the event?
With the below guided meditation, you’ll begin to shine light on these hidden layers, bringing clarity, healing, and deeper self-trust. Once complete, take a few days to integrate this phase before moving on.

Phase 2:
Awakening to Your Essence
+ Releasing Old Blocks
Once we see our patterns (Phase 1), the next step is to embrace them—not with judgment, but with deep compassion.
This phase is about self-acceptance, but not in a passive way. We’re not resigning ourselves to old habits. Instead, we’re understanding where these patterns came from and choosing a new way forward.
One of the most powerful ways to do this is by working with archetypes—universal patterns of behavior that influence how we think, feel, and move through life.
What Are Archetypes?
Archetypes are deep-rooted energies that exist within all of us. They show up as familiar roles, behaviors, and mindsets—some empowering, some limiting.
Throughout life, we unconsciously take on survival archetypes—patterns we develop as coping mechanisms to feel safe in the world. But these same patterns can also keep us stuck.
The good news? Every survival archetype has a healing counterpart— in this case we are going to work with the Feminine Archetypes that helps restore balance, confidence, and authenticity.
In this phase, you’ll take a short quiz to identify the survival archetype you’ve been living in and discover the Feminine Archetype that will help you shift into a more empowered state.

Each survival pattern has a healing archetype that supports your transformation (see below)
Your survival archetype is simply a pattern—not your identity.
By leaning into your healing feminine archetype, you can unlock new levels of confidence, ease, and empowerment.

Trusting Your Heart
Now that you’ve shed the illusions of who you thought you were and have begun stepping into your empowered self through archetypal work, it’s time to integrate all of it into the heart.
Healing is not about fixing—because you were never broken. It’s about creating space for love, connection, and self-acceptance to move through you, dissolving old wounds and making way for wholeness. It’s about returning to that version of you who existed before conditioning took hold—the child full of trust, light, love, and inner knowing.

This phase invites you to experience healing on a soul level through three guided meditations:

Central Channel Activation
Connect with the beam of energy that runs through your body, linking you to both the earth and the stars. This practice strengthens your relationship with divine wisdom and grounds you in your own inner truth.

Inner Child
Healing
Meet and embrace your inner child, offering love, reassurance, and the promise to stand by her from now on. This is a sacred moment of reconnection and deep self-compassion.

A Visualization for Self-Discovery
Inspired by the wisdom of the moon, this meditation invites you to see yourself clearly beyond societal expectations, past wounds, and limiting beliefs. By embracing both your light and shadow, you reclaim the ancient wisdom that has always resided within you and step into your full feminine power with confidence and grace.
Integration: Returning to Wholeness
This phase is a journey of self-reclamation. As you reconnect with your I AM essence and reawaken your intuitive knowing, you move closer to embodying your true self. This isn’t just about healing—it’s about remembering. Remembering who you are at your core. Remembering your inherent worth and wisdom. Remembering that self-trust is your birthright.
